The Interconnection Of Loneliness And Happiness

Sometimes you feel pain before pleasure or vice versa. This page shows happiness and pain as well as melancholy and more. Like in sports insights where both teams are analyzed, happiness and suffering may coexist but unlike in other fields.

Joy Justified

If you’re interested, read this part to maybe explain your pleasure.

Contentment with what you have done makes happiness always this light sense, either in a really good mood or not thinking about anything because you are happy. Many people consider and seek for happiness. Plato sees pleasure as about values and control; Aristotle sees it as about objectives; Epicurus sees it as living without fear or suffering; St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas see it as about being one with God. They all aspire to values, goals, a courageous society, oneness with God, When we achieve anything, we feel good; yet, because there are many ways to be happy, we keep reaching for more. Happiness is happiness, hence there are many different methods to express it regardless of what you achieve. I came to see that, independent of other thinkers, only you can define your happiness. Not sure what would bring me happiness. Maybe I should give my studies and myself top priority because I could find it without knowing.

A justification for despair and suffering

These two are horrible and agonizing; occasionally people become tired of being depressed and seek to quit it, which causes great suffering to their loved ones. This section will go over depression and suffering as well as the accompanying studies and ideas so you could assess yourself and seek professional therapy.

Suffering is connected with extreme anguish and agony. Not reaching a desired outcome might also be the reason. Philosophical concepts on suffering include Weltschmerz, sorrow, and boredom. Angst is wondering about one’s existence, particularly if it has a purpose and a reason to live; Weltschmerz is thinking the world is ideal and is disappointed; Ennui is a lack of enthusiasm in life that results in boredom. Like Nietzsche’s view of suffering’s inevitable nature, Schopenhauer spoke on extrinsic sources of misery. From those two, seller came to see that all those occurrences are connected and have a goal. Sefler’s comment helped Irenaeus of Lyons and Origen of Alexandria to be unified. While Origen argued suffering may help us expand our souls and repair our situation in the world, Irenaeus said pain is the price for free choice and necessary for morality. These are all valid and might be seen in daily life. I came to see that there are many kinds of difficulties; you will choose how to handle and use them to make your life better. Perhaps I should start thinking positively and get ready for upcoming challenges as some adversity might help me to understand the real purpose of life.

The second primary cause of years lived with disability (DLL) and the main public health concern in most developed countries is inadequate mental health. Depression is one of the public health problems covered here; its lifetime frequency is 17–18% globally. In middle- and high-income countries especially, it is the third most common cause of disease worldwide. For 10–24-year-olds globally, the WHO estimates it causes the most disability-adjusted life years. Depression and anxiety sufferers among teens and adults are more likely to also experience other mental health problems, substance abuse, suicide, and unemployment. Depression raises the risk of heart disease and obesity. Depression costs society money, but more importantly it affects individuals—especially adults and teenagers as well as their families.

One of the main public health problems influencing many spheres of life is depression. It is the main reason for years of incapacity in teenagers and adults. Its growth is influenced by biology, physical disease, gender, emotional, and social aspects as well as by Though men get less attention, depression is a serious public health concern that afflicters both men and women. Women are more prone to go through it.  But the problem is affected by many definitions and metrics, including the omnibus measure of “psychological distress,” and insufficient emphasis on specific mental disorders, age, and social systems. This study aimed to further knowledge of depression in adults and teenagers as well as their variations in therapy.

Though the reverse has also been documented, several research have shown that those with low social status are more prone to have poor mental health. Moreover, socioeconomic inequality has brought mental health problems for both adults and teenagers. It is difficult to understand the multitude of variables used to ascertain social role, disease severity, and depression classifications (including chronic depression and inner depression) and various adjustment for likely confounders. Not much is known about the social differences between depressed teenagers and adults, their experiences with the illness and seeking treatment, or how time of life shapes these issues.
